Nemo MSA-003 The MSA-003 Nemo is a mobile suit from the anime series Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam. During the Gryps Conflict in UC0087 the AEUG relied heavily on mobile suits stolen from the Earth Federation mainly the RGM-79R GM II. However its leadership soon decided that the AEUG needed a mass-produced unit of their own so that they could fight the Titan?s on a more even grounds. Anaheim Electronics was contracted to develop the new suit. They came out with the Nemo. The Nemo strongly resembled the old GM II design but was superior with respect to generator power thruster acceleration and maneuverability. Also the Nemo was capable of utilizing already existing weapons such as the RMS-099 Rick Dias? beam saber or the GM II?s beam rifle which reduced the Nemo's production costs. The Nemo quickly proved to be a powerful battle suit and was thus utilized in several important battles such as the attack on Jaburo. Anaheim Electronics eventually upgraded The Nemo MSA-003 into the newer MSA-004 (MSK-004) Nemo II. However information on the -004 is classified until the armor has been battle tested. The design of Nemo II led into testing of the MSA-004K (MSK-004K) Nemo III which was armed with an addition shoulder beam cannon to allow it to take the role of a medium range support unit. Unfortunately the Nemo III never passed the prototype stage and never made into production. Anaheim Electronics continues to work on the Nemo design having recently brought into production the Nero MSA-007.
